Canton Tower

Mikey's Moments > Canton Tower
I decided it was finally time to get a bit more adventurous and with some trepidation I headed for the Metro Station to get mysef a Yang Cheng Tong (Ram City Pass) card.

With that I got on a very crowded subway train and headed about 7 stations north to the Canton Tower. At 600-metre (1,969 ft) it was once the tallest tower in the world and now apparently the third tallest tower and the fifth-tallest freestanding structure in the world. It certainly had some nice views of Guangzhou and the Pearl River!
