The Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve is the site of an old coal mining area once worked among others by a town of Welsh people. The lonely cemetery on Rose Hill is mostly filled with Welsh graves so we took some daffodils (the Welsh national flower) to put on the graves for St David's Day...
